Copying and Printing

Black and White: $0.10 (per page) up to the prevailing commercial rate

Color Copies: $0.25 (per page) up to the prevailing commercial rate

Maps

  • Electronic version:  Hourly rate (for search and retrieval)
  • Printed, Letter or Legal size (color or black and white):  $0.25 (per page) up to the prevailing commercial rate

 

Search, Retrieval, and Redaction

*Hourly rates will not exceed that of the lowest-paid employee with the necessary skills and training to process the request.

 

Mail and Other Fees

Postage: Actual cost of postage, shipping, and packaging

 

Please Note

A deposit of no more than twenty-five percent of the anticipated costs may be required prior to searching for or making copies of responsive records. The balance due of actual costs must be paid at the time of production. If actual costs are lower than the initial deposit, a refund will be issued.
